PRIVACY POLICY

This information (or “privacy policy”) describes the management methods of the website  www.indiesoft.it  (defined as ” Website “) with reference to the processing of personal data of users who consult it and of customers who conclude a contract with the Owner of the Website (defined as “ Owner ”).

This information is provided pursuant to art. 13 Legislative Decree 196/2003 (Code regarding the protection of personal data, “Privacy Code”). It is provided only for the Website and not for third-party websites that may be consulted by the user via links.

Changes to the Privacy Policy

This Privacy policy may be modified, including as a result of legislative or regulatory changes, technological developments and the provision of new services or modifications to those already provided. The user/visitor/customer is therefore invited to periodically consult the Privacy policy of the Website. In any case, the Owner will communicate the modification, even partial, of this information to the users whose data it holds through Email communication.

INFORMATION pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 13 Legislative Decree 196 of 06.30.2003, relating to the protection of personal data.

Legislative Decree 196 of 06.30.2003 (Consolidated Law on Privacy) regulates the confidentiality of personal data and imposes a series of obligations on those who “process” information relating to other subjects.
Among the obligations to be respected is that of informing the person to whom the data refers, regarding the use made of the relevant information.

The law in question intends the following operations as “processing” of data:
collection, recording, organisation, conservation, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, diffusion, cancellation, destruction.

In relation to the information you will provide by filling out the following form and in compliance with the aforementioned provisions, we inform you of the following:

1.  the data concerning your person or company that will be communicated to us

  • Name and Surname or Company Name
  • Contact information including email address
  • Demographic information such as postcode, preferences and interests
  • Other information relevant to customer surveys and/or offers

will be used for purposes strictly connected and instrumental to the management of commercial relationships, and will be treated in compliance with current legislation on corporate and industrial secrecy. In the event of subsequent stipulation of contracts, the information provided will be used for administrative and accounting purposes and for purposes related to the obligations established by laws, regulations, the contract and community legislation as well as by provisions issued by authorities legitimized to do so by law and by bodies of supervision and control. According to the provisions of art. 24 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, such information does not require consent for its processing;

2.  the data in question will be processed: on magnetic support and on paper support by subjects authorized to carry out these tasks, constantly identified, appropriately trained and made aware of the constraints imposed by Legislative Decree 196/2003 with the use of measures security measures aimed at guaranteeing the confidentiality of the interested party to whom the data refers, and avoiding undue use by third parties or/by unauthorized personnel, in full compliance with the provisions of the minimum security measures identified in the technical specifications ( annex B) of the privacy code;

3.  the data in question will be communicated to our staff responsible for the activities necessary to undertake commercial relationships and manage existing relationships, as well as for the execution of legal obligations. The data may also be communicated to third parties, in the following figures: professionals and/or service companies such as accountants, lawyers, consultants, bodies and institutions for legal obligations relating to the contract including the Treasury, insurance companies, banking institutions;

4.  the provision of data regarding your company is essential for the establishment of a new contract or the continuation of the existing contract;

5.  no form of dissemination of personal data is envisaged;

6.  Article 7 of Legislative Decree n196/2003 recognizes the interested party with numerous rights regarding the protection of data confidentiality. Among the main ones we recall the following: the interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning him, even if not yet registered, and their communication in an intelligible form;

7.  We are committed to ensuring that your information is safe. In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

The interested party has the right to obtain indication:
a) of the origin of the personal data;
b) the purposes and methods of processing;
c) of the logic applied in case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;
d) the identification details of the owner, managers and representative designated pursuant to article 5, paragraph 2;
e) of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of them in their capacity as designated representatives in the territory of the State, managers or agents;

The interested party has the right to obtain:
a) updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data;
b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those whose retention is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
c) your Data or have it transferred to another owner .  The User has the right to receive their Data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and, where technically feasible, to obtain its transfer without obstacles to another owner. This provision is applicable when the Data is processed with automated tools and the processing is based on the User’s consent, on a contract of which the User is a party or on contractual measures connected to it.
d) certification that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also with regard to their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case in which this requirement is proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate use of means compared to the protected right;

The interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part:
a) for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning him, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection;
b) to the processing of personal data concerning him for the purposes of sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.

Duration of storage
Personal data is stored only for the period of time necessary to fulfill the purpose of the processing. Personal data is deleted or made anonymous on a regular basis when it is no longer relevant for the purposes for which it was collected. For example, the Manager will retain personal data until the user’s profile has been deleted or the user has revoked his consent for as long as necessary to provide the services or to comply with current legislation.
